Portuguese Water Management Institute Instituto de Gestão da Água (IGA) has selected Arquo to support all of their internal paper-based processes. Arquo Archiving System will be deployed across all office locations to deliver a fully functional capture, archival, document management and workflow solution.

ARQUOflow will be used to manage all of IGA′s key internal processes, giving instant access to all documents. ARQUOflow will provide senior managers with key performance indicator data to support their decision-making processes. Information concerning individual and departmental performance will facilitate the HR department′s performance evaluation process.
